BSEAC is mainly involved in international projects. Developing international cooperation is a core business of BSEAC, whose main staffs have been working in the cross-cultural environment and have diverse global background. With a clear mission to seek to clarify the political, legal and institutional foundations of effective international cooperation, including the appropriateness and feasibility of alternative sources of financing, BSEAC intends these efforts to produce practical policy recommendations and to increase the public understanding necessary to implement and sustain essential multilateral activities.

BSEAC has been entrusted by the local governments at central, municipality and district levels to develop and promote cross-border collaboration within the software and IT industry . Besides, it has been actively involved in the international projects funded by international organizations or other overseas sources such as the EU's Framework Programme, the EuropeAID, and the AsiaInvest, etc.

Through years of involvements and experiences, BSEAC is now able to provide a full continuum of services covering the full project lifecycle from the concept initiation to delivery, and it has established long-term partnerships with dozens of renowned research institutions, organizations and corporations across Europe, America and Asia, such as Atos Origin, Fraunhofer IFF, Reuters, ENGINEERING Ingenieria Inform¨¢tica S.p.A., etc.

(1) Atos Origin

Atos Origin's business is turning client vision into results through the application of consulting, system integration and managed operations. The company's annual revenues are more than Euro 5 billion and it employs 47,000 people in 50 countries.

Atos Origin in Spain has about 5,000 people distributed in several cities. Areas of application are Business, Public Administration, Industry and Communications. The general strategy of the company concentrates on IT consulting, system integration and outsourcing. It derives from an excellent customer service, which is based on a key success factor in the domains where Atos Origin operates: the technological dimension.

(2) Fraunhofer IFF
The Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation (Fraunhofer IFF) in Magdeburg, Germany is engaged in applied research and development. Since its foundation in 1992, the IFF has established itself both nationally and internationally. The institute's core competencies are reflected in its institutional divisions Logistics Systems and Networks, Virtual Development and Training, Information Logistics, Production and Plant Management as well as Automation.

Reuters is one of the world's leading information providers. It supplies the global financial markets and the news media with the widest range of information and news products including real-time financial data, collective investment data, numerical, textual, historical and graphical databases, plus news, graphics, news video and news pictures. In such a fast moving industry where customers rely on up to date information, it is imperative that the technology behind the Reuters products and services can be relied upon and can keep up with the pace of market progression.

(4) ENGINEERING Ingenieria Inform¨¢tica S.p.A.
Founded in 1980 and established in Italy, Engineering Ingegneria Informatica S.p.A is the leader of the Engineering Group consisting of 11 firms specialised in different IT services, but sharing the same cultural identity and mission.
